Ms. Sarginson has contributed to the aviation industry since 2005, when she worked as the Human Resources Manager for First Air. After pursuing a law degree and being called to the bar in Ontario she joined the law firm Emond Harnden, assisting in growing its aviation practice and representing over 40 aviation clients, including commercial airlines, flight schools, helicopter clients, airports, NAV CANADA and aircraft maintenance employers.  In 2015, she was recognized as one of the ‘Top 20 under 40’ by Wings and Helicopters magazine. Given her client base in the North, Ms. Sarginson was also called to the bar in Nunavut in 2016.

Since joining NAV CANADA in 2017 as Senior Legal Counsel, Ms. Sarginson has undertaken varied positions in Legal and Corporate Services, Human Resources and Operations to strengthen her experience and understanding of our business. These include a secondment as a Shift Manager at the Vancouver ACC and a period as Assistant Vice President, Labour Relations.
