Raymond G. Bohn

Since joining the Company in February 2000, Mr. Bohn has held several senior leadership positions including in Finance and Human Resources.

Most recently serving as Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, Mr. Bohn provided leadership and oversight of various business functions including Human Resources, Labour Relations, Corporate Planning & Performance, Operational Training, Stakeholders Relations, and Communications & Public Affairs.

Under his leadership, Mr. Bohn conceived and delivered transformational initiatives that have strengthened the Company’s culture of excellence and performance and helped make the Company a Top 100 Employer four years in a row.

In addition to serving as a member of NAV CANADA’s Executive Management Committee for several years, Mr. Bohn currently serves as a board member with Aireon. He has also served as a member of the International Civil Aviation Organization’s North Atlantic Economic, Financial & Forecast Group, the Corporate Leadership Council of Human Resources Executives, and the Sun Life Financial, National Client Advisory Council.

Mr. Bohn holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree with High Honours (Carleton University), a Certificate of Management Excellence (Harvard Business School), and a Master’s Certificate in Project Management (York University). Mr. Bohn has also completed the Ivey Executive Leadership Program (University of Western Ontario).
