With over 25 years of experience in financial services and capital markets industries, Michelle held several senior executive positions including President the Canadian division of The Capital Group of Companies, Capital Guardian Canada. Her earlier experience includes senior executive consulting at Spencer Stuart and Associates, Inc. and more than a decade with CIBC World Markets where she ultimately held the position of Managing Director, Global Head of Foreign Exchange and Fixed Income Sales.

She earned a BBA from Telfer School of Management at University of Ottawa and is a graduate of the Institute of Corporate Directors Education Program for directors at Rotman School of Business and is an Institute certified director.
