The Customer Service Manager (CSM) will be responsible for the 24/7/365 customer service (Tier 1) operations of a global data distribution system that provides air surveillance and safety-of-life-critical air traffic control (ATC) data to Air Navigation Service Providers (ANSPs) and other commercial and general aviation customers located across the globe.

The Network Operations Manager (NOM) is responsible for defining, architecting, and managing the network and network monitoring systems that deliver Aireon’s services. The NOM oversees corporate data center, subcontractor, and cloud-based systems and their interconnecting networks to ensure they meet performance requirements and operate securely.

The Systems Engineer will have a significant role in the specification, deployment, testing and design review of the Aireon space-based ADS-B system and will be involved with all phases of the systems engineering life cycle: Requirements, Design, Implementation and Test. Additionally, they will be conducting activities such as tests at customer and vendor sites, participating in trade studies, evaluating applications and analyzing data.

The Contracts Manager will provide contractual and business support through the daily negotiation, placement and management of non-governmental commercial agreements. The Contracts Manager will assist in driving greater efficiencies through the improvement of existing processes, reporting and tools and provide improvements in the service to the Aireon team and Aireon’s customers.

The Sales Support Manager, reporting to the Vice President of Aviation Services, will be the Salesforce.com administrator, assist Regional Directors in drafting customer proposals, creating presentations, maintaining sales forecasts, and act as the liaison between sales and other Aireon departments including marketing, finance, legal and engineering. This position will help foster a strong sales strategy.

Reporting to the Vice President of Engineering along with direct access to the Chief Executive Officer, the Safety Manager has a critical role in ensuring the safe delivery of Aireon’s Space-Based ADS-B services including developing implementation plans and documentation.
