Dave Sheppard is Vice President and Chief Technology and Information Officer (CTIO) at NAV CANADA.

As VP CTIO, Dave oversees a broad portfolio and is responsible for overseeing NAV CANADA’s technology vision and strategy, ensuring NAV CANADA continues to push boundaries and deliver exceptional value. Dave’s leadership guides the evolution of our digital capabilities, positioning NAV CANADA at the forefront in aviation advancements.

He has worked at NAV CANADA for 16 years holding leadership positions in Technology, Operations and Strategy. Prior to joining NAV CANADA, Dave worked as the Director, Global Business Solutions at Cognos / IBM and worked in technology consulting at KPMG and HP / EDS.

Dave holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce (Information Systems) from Carleton University and a master’s in business administration from Queen’s University.
